A few minor fixes and option to switch off save naming.

• added option to switch off save naming
• fixed map hint errors after completing Isabella's home visit event for older saves
• fixed a few typos (phone typos fixes are not backwards compatible)
• improved Varess' overlay at home (requires redownloading the full game)
• fixed shadowstep exit error if the enemy uses a skill targeting all enemies and dies
